Job Title: Field Recovery / Verification Officer

Location: Yaba, Lagos (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We're seeking an experienced Verification/Recovery Officer to verify client information, recover overdue loans, and maintain positive client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Client verification and loan recovery
• Field visits and risk assessments
• Loan repayment monitoring
• Recover outstanding balances using different strategies

Requirements

• BSc/HND/OND
• 2 years of recovery experience (microfinance preferred)
• Good negotiation and analytical skills
• Good driving skills
• Ability to work independently and go above and beyond.

Benefits

• Salary: N100,000 (Basic) + N40,000 (Transport Allowance) + Incentives.
