Description

• We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our dynamic team.
• In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our company by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and enhancing our market presence.
• As a Business Developer, you will leverage your skills to analyze market trends and competitor activities while developing and implementing strategies that will increase revenue and expand our client base.
• Your ability to engage with potential clients and present compelling proposals will be essential, as you will work closely with various departments to ensure that our offerings meet the evolving needs of our customers.
• We are looking for a proactive individual who is not only enthusiastic about business development but also passionate about creating value and fostering long-term partnerships.
• The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to changing circumstances, and demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving results.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to stay competitive.
• Track and report on business development metrics and progress toward goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or related roles.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve targets.
• NYSC discharge or exemption certificate
• Male preferably.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
