Role Overview
The Social Media Manager plays a crucial role in our organization by developing and executing an effective social media strategy. Their responsibilities include creating engaging content, moderating online platforms, and analyzing performance metrics.
Ultimately, the goal is to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and foster a positive reputation through the strategic use of social media channels.
This is an Hybrid role of one day Onsite.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed content calendars and plans aligned with brand goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content supports broader marketing strategies.
Create engaging and visually appealing content including graphics, short-form videos, reels, and stories.
Write compelling captions and copy tailored to each platform.
Manage daily operations of social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter).
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
Design and execute Meta ad campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion.
Optimize ad performance using A/B testing, audience targeting, and analytics.
Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize strategy and report on campaign performance to stakeholders.
Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
Experiment with new ideas to keep content fresh and relevant.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 2-5 years experience.
Experience managing social media accounts across multiple platforms, with a focus on Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Community and TikTok.
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, and Meta Ads Manager.
Strong video editing and storytelling skills.
Experience managing online communities, especially WhatsApp groups.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills:
Ability to develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy aligned with overall business goals
Proficiency in creating engaging and high-quality content (text, image, video) tailored for various social media platforms.
Skill in fostering and moderating online communities to build brand loyalty and customer engagement.
Capability to analyze social media metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and demonstrate ROI.
Experience in managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns to achieve specific objectives such as conversions and lead generation.
Strong knowledge of popular social media platforms and their respective best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with followers, collaborate across teams, and manage influencer relationships.
Ability to think creatively, generate new ideas, and experiment with innovative social media marketing tactics.
Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing strategies to optimize social media content for search engines.
Willingness to adapt to changes in social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates, while maintaining a proactive approach to learning.
Experience in managing social media budgets effectively and maximizing ROI on advertising spend.
