Job Summary
The Sales Officer (Prints & Supplies) is responsible for driving sales, market penetration, and customer engagement for the HP Prints & Supplies product line.
This role requires a proactive sales approach to identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.
The ideal candidate must have strong sales acumen, industry knowledge, and the ability to execute strategic sales initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for HP Prints & Supplies to increase market share.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate leads, follow up on potential customers, and convert them into sales.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Provide clients with product knowledge, recommendations, and customized solutions.
Ensure customer satisfaction by offering excellent after-sales support and service.
Strategic Sales Execution & Market Penetration:
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and product visibility.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to execute promotional campaigns.
Identify key business opportunities within corporate and retail markets.
Reporting & Compliance:
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and inventory status.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and sales procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experiencein prints, supplies, IT products, or related industries.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
