We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive - Prints & Supplies

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Product Sales Manager (HP Prints & Supplies)

Job Summary

  • The Sales Officer (Prints & Supplies) is responsible for driving sales, market penetration, and customer engagement for the HP Prints & Supplies product line.
  • This role requires a proactive sales approach to identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.
  • The ideal candidate must have strong sales acumen, industry knowledge, and the ability to execute strategic sales initiatives effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for HP Prints & Supplies to increase market share.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Generate leads, follow up on potential customers, and convert them into sales.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Provide clients with product knowledge, recommendations, and customized solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering excellent after-sales support and service.

Strategic Sales Execution & Market Penetration:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and product visibility.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to execute promotional campaigns.
  • Identify key business opportunities within corporate and retail markets.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and inventory status.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and sales procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in prints, supplies, IT products, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
