Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives aimed at driving sales growth and brand visibility.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in the sales and marketing of tangible or FMCG products and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase market share and brand presence.
• Lead and coordinate product positioning, pricing, promotions, and distribution strategies.
• Conduct market research, consumer behavior analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and distribution teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manage the marketing budget, campaigns, and return on investment (ROI).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and clients.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights for product development and innovation.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing within the FMCG or tangible product space.
• Strong knowledge of brand management, digital marketing, and market analytics.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
• Strong business acumen and a track record of delivering measurable results.
