Job Title: Product Designer (UI / UX)

About the job

• We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Product Designer with strong UI/UX expertise to design intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences.
• This role will cover the full design lifecycle— from mobile app front-end to super admin dashboards and other product touchpoints—ensuring a consistent and delightful user journey across platforms.
• The ideal candidate is not only skilled at creating beautiful interfaces but also understands how design decisions impact user behavior, product usability, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
User Research & Strategy:

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights.
• Translate business and user requirements into design concepts and user flows.

UI/UX Design:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for mobile apps, web apps, and admin dashboards.
• Design and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user journeys and product flows.

Collaboration & Execution:

• Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
• Provide design assets, specifications, and interaction guidelines.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and evolving product needs.

Innovation & Creativity

• Bring fresh ideas and creative approaches to solving complex UX challenges.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in Product Design / UI/UX Design, preferably for both mobile and web applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in mobile UI, dashboards, and system-level design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing).
• Ability to balance creativity with practical implementation.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with motion design, animations, or micro-interactions.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, React, or Flutter (for effective collaboration with developers).
• Background in branding, illustration, or graphic design.
• Familiarity with analytics and A/B testing tools for UX optimization.
