Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Formwork Carpenter Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all carpentry activities related to formwork construction.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in formwork carpentry, leadership skills to manage a team, and the ability to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of formwork carpenters on-site.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to guide formwork assembly.
• Ensure all formwork installations meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor work progress, allocate tasks, and manage resources effectively.
• Train, mentor, and guide team members to improve skills and performance.
• Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Liaise with site engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in formwork carpentry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of formwork techniques, materials, and construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality assurance.

Salary
N170,000 monthly
