We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Creative Graphics Artist

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Interpreting the business / clients’ design needs and developing a concept to suit the design/content.
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and designs.
• Liaising with clients and the necessary team to discuss the design requirements.
• Working with a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD) whilst updating with necessary skills such as QuarkXPress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash
• Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size/style and related concepts
• Obtaining approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval
• Preparing final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art
• Estimating the time required to complete the job and ensuring that the specified deadlines are met.
• Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research
• Presenting finalised design and concepts and making any amendment if necessary
• Working on layouts and artwork pages ready for print
• Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Qualification / Experience

• B.Sc or Master's in Graphic Design, Fine Art or any related field with 3 - 5 years working experience in creative designs.
• Knowledge of CAD, highly creative, reside around Mainland environs. Additional / Higher qualification can be an added advantage.

Core Skills:

• Graphics design and presentation skills
• Attention to details and listening skills is very key.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and meet target
• Proficient in Microsoft packages: Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
• Working knowledge of design software and technologies – Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver
• High level of creativity, imagination and vision
• Organisational, project management and planning skills
• Highly committed to work
• An eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
