About the Role of Primary School Class Teacher
We are seeking passionate and dedicated a Primary School Class Teachers who are committed to nurturing young learners through innovative, engaging, and holistic teaching practices.
The ideal candidate is a 21st century educator—one who combines subject knowledge with creativity, digital literacy, emotional intelligence, and a child-centered approach to learn diversity
Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons that align with the school’s curriculum.
Employ innovative teaching methods that promote active learning, critical thinking, and creativity.
Integrate technology, storytelling, role play, and project-based learning to make lessons interactive.
Differentiate instruction to cater to varying abilities, interests, and learning styles of pupils.
Classroom Management & Environment
Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and respect.
Maintain discipline through positive reinforcement, empathy, and effective classroom rules.
Organize classroom resources and displays to support learning.

Candidates should possess an NCE / B.Ed / B.A (Education) or related field.

About the Role of English Language Literacy Lead
We are seeking passionate and dedicated experienced primary school English literacy teacher for primary 1-3 whose main responsibility is to drive the lower primary literacy program with the aim of ensuring that 95 percent of all learners can read, comprehend and engage in creative writing at grade level standards.
Requirements
Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field.
Must be experienced in the current teaching trends.
