Job Title: Design and Visualization Officer

Scope of Work
The Design & Visualization Officer will create visually compelling materials to support 3iS’s IM capacity building initiatives, ensuring effective communication of data, training content, and project outcomes to stakeholders and donors.
Description of Duties
Training Material Design:
Develop engaging training materials (presentations, infographics, handouts) aligned with project branding and IM themes.
Design workshop visuals (banners, signage, participant packs) for in-person and virtual sessions.
Data Visualization & Mapping:
Produce dashboards, maps, and infographics to visualize IM data (e.g., stakeholder coverage, gaps analysis).
Collaborate with the CB team to ensure accuracy and clarity of data outputs.
Communication & Reporting:
Create high-quality presentations to communicate 3iS projects to stakeholders.
Design high-quality reports for HQ and stakeholders, incorporating graphics, charts, and photos.
Create visual summaries (factsheets, infographics) of survey results and lessons learned.
Centralized Information Hub Support:
Assist in the visual design and layout of the Centralized Information Hub platform.
Branding & Consistency:
Ensure all materials adhere to 3iS and donor (e.g., ECHO) branding guidelines.
Requirements
Education:
Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in design for humanitarian/development projects.
Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva, and data tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Basic GIS skills (ArcGIS, QGIS) for map production are desirable.
Soft Skills:
Creativity and attention to detail.
Ability to translate complex data into user-friendly visuals.
Strong time management to meet tight deadlines.
Other Requirements:
Portfolio demonstrating expertise in data visualization and print/digital design (previous work).
This position is open for Nigeria residents only (both nationals and those having a residency permit).
