The Company GKT Car Rentals is a contemporary transport/logistics management solution provider with core competence in the provision of short term car rental and long term car leasing solutions. We have developed competence and generated a degree of pedigree in the provision of short/long term car hire services, driver management services and fleet management services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant to the MD / CEO (Business Development)

Location: Airport road, Lagos

Job Summary

• Executive Assistant to the MD/CEO (Business Development) will play a crucial role in ensuring growth and improving efficient operations within the organization.
• This position involves managing some day-to-day administrative tasks, developing and implementing business strategies, and supporting the overall efficiency of the office.
• Interested must be a flexible candidate willing to work Saturdays and long hours

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:

• Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, review reports and expense reports.
• Organizing and reviewing Reservation for the MD
• Coordinate meetings and strategic activities with the management team and members of staff.
• Communicate professionally on behalf of the CEO with stakeholders, partners, and clients.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional customer service.

Business Development & Client Relations

• Work actively with the MD to position the company for growth.
• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track progress toward sales targets.
• Support marketing and social media efforts to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Management Liaison
• Participate in management meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
• Represent the CEO in selected meetings and engagements when required.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Business development
• Experience and Digital marketing skills would be added and advantage.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
