Job Title: Management Trainee

Job Purpose
The Management Trainee Program at Hoop Telecoms Limited is designed to develop fresh graduates and early-career professionals into future leaders of the organization.
Over a 12-month structured rotation across key departments, trainees will gain hands-on experience, industry knowledge, and professional skills required to take up leadership roles within the telecoms sector.
Key Responsibilities
Participate actively in the 1-year structured rotation across core departments of the company.
Learn and apply telecoms industry knowledge, business processes, and technical know-how.
Assist department heads and teams in executing daily operations, projects, and initiatives.
Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide insights on assigned tasks.
Support cross-functional projects and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
Attend training workshops, mentoring sessions, and performance reviews as part of the program.
Demonstrate initiative by contributing ideas for process improvement and business growth.
Build strong working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and mentors.
Undergo periodic performance evaluations to measure progress and readiness for larger responsibilities.
Successfully complete all program assessments and present a capstone project at the end of the program.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (minimum of Second-Class Upper).
0 - 2 years of post-NYSC experience (prior internship or work experience is an advantage).
Strong interest in building a career in the telecoms/ICT industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Analytical mindset with willingness to learn quickly.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Adaptability to work in different teams and departments.
