About the Role

• Crescita is hiring a Print Designer who can transform ideas into visually compelling materials that speak across brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, and large-format prints.
• This role requires both creativity and precision, ensuring every design aligns with brand identity while being optimized for different printing techniques and formats.
• The ideal candidate understands typography, layout, and color theory, while also knowing how designs translate from screen to print.

Responsibilities

• Develop print-ready designs for marketing materials, event collateral, and brand campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align creative outputs with business goals
• Prepare accurate files for printers, ensuring color accuracy, bleed, and resolution are flawless
• Explore innovative formats and finishes that elevate the impact of print designs
• Maintain consistency of brand identity across all printed assets

Requirements and Tools

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Understanding of printing processes such as offset, digital, and large-format printing
• Strong eye for detail, layout composition, and typography
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines
• Familiarity with print production workflows and vendor communication
