We are hiring an Analytics Expert to track, measure, and interpret performance data across multiple marketing channels, websites, and ad platforms.
This role is essential for guiding Crescita Solutions’ growth strategies with evidence-based decisions.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that improve campaign performance, optimize spend, and unlock new business opportunities.
You will be the bridge between data and decision-making, helping teams understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to invest resources for maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics Infrastructure: Set up and manage analytics dashboards, ensuring seamless integration of data from web, mobile, paid ads, CRM, and other digital platforms.
Tracking & Attribution: Configure accurate event tracking, UTM structures, pixels, and custom conversions to monitor user journeys and campaign impact.
KPI Monitoring: Track and analyze core KPIs such as website traffic, engagement, lead quality, conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), customer lifetime value (CLV), and churn rates.
Data Reporting: Develop automated and customized reports using Google Data Studio, Looker, or Power BI to provide weekly, monthly, and campaign-based insights.
Optimization Guidance: Work closely with leadership, marketing, and product teams to advise on strategy shifts, budget allocation, and content adjustments based on insights.
Forecasting & Modeling: Use historical data and predictive models to forecast campaign outcomes, sales funnels, and customer behavior trends.
Quality Control: Ensure data integrity and reliability by routinely auditing tracking setups and identifying discrepancies or gaps in reporting.
Experimentation Support: Partner with growth and ad teams to design A/B and multivariate tests, ensuring experiments are properly measured and results interpreted accurately.
Requirements
Proven experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio/Looker.
Strong knowledge of data visualization, attribution modeling, and multi-channel tracking.
Experience analyzing large datasets with tools like Excel, SQL, or Python (preferred).
Familiarity with paid ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn) and their analytics environments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and uncovering hidden insights in data.
Exposure to advanced topics like predictive analytics, AI-driven reporting, or customer segmentation is a plus.
