We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Media and Event Supervisor

Location: Ilupeju / Oshodi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging visual content for both digital and print using tools like Canva, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW
• Coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, ticketing, and vendor management
• Generate compelling content (photos, videos, and text) from events for use across all social media platforms
• Manage and grow social media pages, ensuring consistent and visually appealing content that aligns with the brand identity
• Create and schedule daily posts, captions, stories, and interactive content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Capture photos and videos during events and regular content shoots
• Edit and produce short-form video content for reels, stories, and campaigns
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, suggesting improvements and strategies for growth
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends, content strategies, and graphic design innovations to keep content fresh and engaging
• Collaborate with the team on branding initiatives and campaigns to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms
• Provide creative input and innovative ideas to elevate the company’s visual identity and presence
• Assist with community engagement through responding to comments, direct messages, and interacting with followers
• Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone

Skills

• Experience in Graphic design, social media management and content creation
• 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Expertise in any of the design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, CorelDraw, and basic video editing tools (e.g.InShot, etc.)
• Strong skills in taking pictures and creating video content creation
• Ability to capture visually appealing moments
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage tasks and timelines effectively
• Very Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 monthly.
