Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days off-site)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer (preferably female Corps Member) to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will provide efficient administrative and clerical support, ensuring smooth daily operations within the office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain office files, records, and correspondence.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
• Support procurement of office supplies and maintain proper inventory records.
• Prepare and maintain reports, memos, and other documents as required.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
• Ensure the office environment is well-organized and conducive for work.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Currently serving NYSC Corps Member.
• 0 - 1 year experience.
• B.Sc./HND in any relevant discipline.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferably a female candidate.
