Description

• We are seeking motivated and ambitious Graduate Trainee Field Officers to join our team.
• This role is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and develop practical skills in field operations, customer engagement, business development, and compliance monitoring.
• Successful candidates will undergo structured training and mentorship while contributing to field activities that support the organization’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing field activities, including client engagement, product/service delivery, and operational monitoring.
• Conduct on-site visits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Collect, analyze, and report field data to support decision-making.
• Provide feedback from the field on customer needs, market trends, and operational challenges.
• Support sales, marketing, and business development initiatives in assigned locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community representatives.
• Participate actively in training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning programs.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Recent graduate (0 years of experience).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel and work extensively in the field.
• Good problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
