Description
We are looking for an experienced and driven Team Lead – Asset Creation and Wealth Management to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the consumer lending team focused on both public and private sectors.
This role is critical to improving risk asset sales, loan disbursement, and customer acquisition, while maintaining strong client relationships and driving the company’s credit portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Consumer Credit team
Continuously coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Track team performance and ensure individual and collective sales targets are met.
Conduct in-depth analysis of growth indicators to optimize product and team performance.
Carry out market and customer research to support the development of competitive products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Strategically grow the company’s customer base and manage lead generation and conversion.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and sales efficiency.
Drive client acquisition, engagement, and retention across all product lines.
Monitor sales volume, upselling and cross-selling rates, and overall team performance.
Performance Indicators
New lead generation and quality sales opportunities.
Customer acquisition and retention rates.
Sales volume per team member and team-wide.
Frequency and quality of client engagement.
Achievement of periodic sales targets.
Success in upselling and cross-selling initiative
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution; postgraduate and professional qualifications are an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in sales and marketing of financial products, particularly in consumer lending.
Proven track record of building sales territories and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Strong industry network and solid understanding of the financial services market.
Experience in managing and motivating a diverse sales team.
