Job Summary
The Television & Radio Media Partner/Agent will serve as the bridge between Crescita Solutions and leading broadcast media outlets.
The role involves building long-term partnerships with television and radio stations, negotiating favorable rates, managing media buys, and ensuring that campaigns reach the right audience segments at the right time.
This position requires a professional who understands the business of broadcast media, from audience ratings to scheduling, and who can creatively leverage media opportunities to amplify brand visibility and ROI for Crescita Solutions and its clients.
Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with television and radio media houses, program managers, and advertising executives.
Secure prime placement for advertisements, features, and sponsorships that maximize brand exposure.
Negotiate competitive rates, packages, and contracts with media outlets to optimize budget efficiency.
Coordinate the planning and scheduling of ad campaigns to align with peak audience times.
Track, monitor, and analyze the performance of TV and radio campaigns, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
Identify opportunities for media partnerships, co-branded programs, and sponsored segments.
Collaborate with internal marketing, PR, and content teams to ensure that broadcast messaging aligns with broader campaign strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends, new programs, and shifts in audience behavior within the African and global broadcast landscape.
Ensure all campaigns comply with regulatory guidelines and station policies.
Represent Crescita Solutions and clients at media networking events, press briefings, and sponsorship discussions.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Business, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in media partnerships, broadcast advertising, or media buying.
Proven experience working with or within television and radio media outlets, preferably in advertising, media buying, or partnership roles.
Established contacts within the television and radio industry in Africa (preferred).
Strong portfolio of successfully managed media campaigns across broadcast platforms.
Familiarity with both traditional media and its integration with digital campaigns for cross-channel amplification.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional local or regional languages is a plus.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable terms for ad placements and sponsorships.
Solid understanding of broadcast media planning, including audience segmentation, program ratings, and scheduling dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with station executives, producers, and advertisers.
Analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness and recommend optimization strategies.
Knowledge of compliance requirements for advertising on broadcast platforms.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
