Job Summary
The Partnerships & Sponsorships Manager will lead Crescita Solutions’ efforts to establish and nurture high-value collaborations with brands, innovation hubs, industry associations, and event organizers.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and relationship-building to identify mutually beneficial opportunities that amplify Crescita Solutions’ visibility, strengthen brand equity, and drive client acquisition.
The manager will act as the bridge between Crescita Solutions and external stakeholders, ensuring that every partnership and sponsorship delivers measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and evaluate potential partners, sponsorships, and collaborations that align with Crescita Solutions’ growth strategy.
Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Lead partnership and sponsorship negotiations, ensuring favorable terms while fostering long-term relationships.
Brand Amplification: Leverage collaborations with events, hubs, and brands to boost Crescita Solutions’ visibility in local and international markets.
Sponsorship Management: Oversee sponsorship activation plans, including event participation, co-branded campaigns, and ROI measurement.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate partnership efforts into broader campaigns.
Market Research: Stay updated on partnership trends, sponsorship opportunities, and competitor strategies to position Crescita Solutions as a preferred collaborator.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the success of partnership and sponsorship initiatives, highlighting ROI and growth impact.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in partnership management, sponsorship sales, or business development.
Strong networking and negotiation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives, brand managers, and event organizers.
Understanding of brand positioning, marketing strategy, and sponsorship activation models.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Experience in the tech, media, or digital marketing industry is an added advantage.
