Job Title: Sales Executive (International Education)
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / Country Director
Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and driving student enrollment into international education programs, including study abroad opportunities, exchange programs, and partnerships with global institutions.
The role involves developing relationships with students, parents, schools, and partner universities, while meeting set enrollment and revenue targets.
Candidates with prior international education experience will bring valuable insights into cross-border recruitment, cultural awareness, and student advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to attract students to international education programs.
Advise students and parents on study abroad opportunities, entry requirements, visa processes, and career pathways.
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, agents, universities, and other stakeholders.
Conduct presentations, seminars, and promotional events to generate leads and increase enrollment.
Manage the student application process, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of inquiries into admissions.
Achieve sales targets, track performance, and prepare regular sales reports.
Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
Represent the organization at education fairs, exhibitions, and recruitment events both locally and internationally.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and digital campaigns.
Ensure excellent customer service and support throughout the student recruitment process.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience (2–4 years) in sales within the international education sector (student recruitment, study abroad, or higher education consultancy).
Strong knowledge of international admission processes, visa requirements, and educational systems (e.g., UK, US, Canada, Australia, Europe).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with multicultural clients and demonstrate cultural sensitivity.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office; digital marketing skills are an advantage.
Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to travel locally and internationally for recruitment events when required.
