Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, data-driven Digital Marketer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services.
• You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
• Manage and maintain the company’s website, ensuring up-to-date content and optimal performance
• Optimize content for the website and social media platforms
• Analyze campaign performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance
• Manage social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok)
• Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
• Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Google Ads and/or Analytics certification
• Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
• Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
