Natcom Investment and Development Company Limited (Trading as NTEL), is a Nigerian telecommunications company that launched as a 4G LTE provider in 2016. It was formed after NATCOM Development and Investment Limited (NatCom) acquired the assets of the defunct NITEL.NTEL aims to redefine the Nigerian telecommunications landscape by offering high-speed internet access and clear voice over LTE. NTEL aims to deliver its services across the largest possible network coverage in Nigeria.

Job Title: Chief of Staff

Job Description
Oversee strategic business initiatives from inception to completion across all departments.
Develop action plans for the dissemination of accurate information across the organisation.
Communicate with the CEO in decision-making, program management and initiative implementation.
Review and execute improvements to the organisational structure whilst providing solutions to existing gaps in the business structure.
Ensuring processes, policies, and goals align with the organisation’s strategic direction.
Improve current processes and optimize the organisation’s procedures for efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement operational strategies that support the organisation’s long-term objectives while responding to the dynamic telecommunications landscape in Nigeria.
Provide senior leadership with insight and analysis of the organisation’s operations.
Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Management to develop and implement business strategies, operational plans, and performance metrics that drive the organisation’s growth objectives.
Oversee and drive the execution of strategic initiatives till completion.
Assist with risk assessment of new initiatives and business decisions.
Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and compliance with health, safety, regulatory standards and best obtainable practices.
Assist with the planning, coordination and leading meetings and workshops.
Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams within all departments, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Establish and track key operational KPIs, using data to drive informed decision-making and continuous operational enhancements.
Collaboration with departmental leads to implement, monitor and ensure substantial progress of plans and goals.
Tracking & management of CEO Objectivesand establish reporting mechanism for reporting & risk mitigation.
Serve as liason between the staff and the CEO regarding the business climate, employees’ well-being, project updates, proposal and planning.
Serve as a key liaison between operations and the CEO, Board, and external stakeholders, provide transparent and timely updates on operational performance and challenges.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Completing special projects and initiatives with skillful oversight and support.
Oversee daily operations in collaboration with departmental leads and perform administrative when required.
Work closely with the CEO and other executive team members to align operational initiatives with financial and technological strategies.
Serve as liaison between the CEO and different teams and/or departments to ensure the cohesion towards achieving organisational objectives
Develop communication strategy for firm-wide dissemination of information
Requirements
Education / Certification:
First degree in Business Administration, Engineering/Telecommunications or a related field
Masters’ degree in Business, Engineering or Management will be an added advantage
Professional qualification from a relevant body would be an added advantage
Experience:
Vast experience in administrative, business, legal or regulatory positions
Spearheading a strategic planning process, resulting in a significant increase in operational efficiency across an organization or enabling a coporate restructuring process that enhanced organizational agility and employee satisfaction.
Constructing and maintaining a secure digital archive system, enhancing information retrieval times and reporting requirements; preparing senior leadership ahead of all engagements with external stakeholder.
Collaboratingwith a board of directors to facilitate high-impact meetings and ensuring that all actions are tracked and actioned ahead of time.
Driving operational excellence and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Pioneeringa streamlined communication workflow for internal and external correspondence.
