Job Title: IT Manager

Responsibilities

• Knowledge about OPERA Property Management System (PMS)
• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the broader goals of the tourism organization.
• Coordinate schedules and manage the deployment of technology resources for various tourism projects and initiatives.
• Oversee inventory management of IT equipment, ensuring that all hardware and software are up-to-date and functioning properly.
• Monitor and analyze technology performance metrics to meet service delivery targets and optimize operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions to enhance customer experiences.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and cybersecurity protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
• Manage budgets related to IT expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities within technology operations.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies and systems to enhance productivity.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in tourism technology and recommend innovative solutions to improve services.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
