Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our wig-making company.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating production activities, managing inventory, streamlining workflows, and ensuring smooth collaboration across all teams.
This role is suited for an organized leader with strong problem-solving skills, capable of maintaining balance across diverse teams while driving operational efficiency in a fast-growing manufacturing and e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure supervisors hit their production quotas and help their team be successful.
Oversee production schedules, avoiding bottlenecks and ensuring timely delivery.
Establish and enforce inventory management systems to track raw materials, in-process stock, and finished wigs.
Maintain accurate records of stock inflows, usage, and wastage, across teams.
Implement checks and accountability measures to minimize losses and pilferage.
Provide regular stock reports and analysis to management.
Collect, analyze, and report performance data across all teams.
Use spreadsheets and dashboards to track production, inventory, costs, and efficiency.
Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and equipment to avoid downtime.
Maintain strong relationships with key vendors.
Ensure professional, respectful, and productive working relationships.
Enforce compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Maintain consistency in quality across production runs.
Support company expansion by developing scalable operational processes.
Align operations with business goals through data-driven planning.
Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
5+ years proven experience in operations/production management (manufacturing, fashion, haircare, or FMCG preferred).
Strong experience in inventory management and warehouse/store control.
Demonstrated success coordinating multiple teams and supervisors.
Advanced background in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
Advanced use of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, inventory trackers, dashboards).
Knowledge of inventory management tools, ERP, or warehouse systems.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to use data for forecasting and resource planning.
