Job Title: Aesthetician

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (Hybrid: Onsite consultations + Online sessions)
Work Schedule: Flexible – approx. 3 times per week (content creation, consultations, and live sessions; hours to be agreed with the team)

About the Role

• We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our skincare company.
• The successful candidate will combine professional expertise in skin health with creativity and strong communication skills to deliver both in-person and online consultations, create engaging educational content, and confidently host live sessions with clients.
• This role is ideal for someone who not only enjoys teaching others about skincare but also has proven experience in aesthetic practice, understands client needs, and can build trust while promoting our product range in an authentic and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person skin consultations and treatments for clients, providing personalized skincare assessments and tailored recommendations.
• Host online consultations and virtual calls to extend client access to skincare expertise.
• Create and deliver educational content (posts, short videos, and live sessions) on:
  • Different skin types (oily, dry, combination, sensitive, acne-prone).
  • Safe and effective skincare ingredients and routines.
  • Our company’s skincare product range and its benefits.
• Go live on the company’s social media pages up to 3 times per week to share skincare knowledge, answer client questions, and promote products in a trust-building manner.
• Develop and implement consistent weekly and monthly content plans that enhance client engagement and support sales growth.
• Maintain accurate records of consultations, product recommendations, and client progress.
• Act as a brand ambassador, building client confidence in our products through education, results, and professionalism.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience as an Aesthetician or Skincare Specialist, with hands-on consultation and treatment experience.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, skin types, conditions, and ingredients.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct both physical and online consultations effectively.
• Confident, camera-friendly, and comfortable hosting live sessions and interactive content.
• Skilled at creating engaging, informative, and visually appealing content.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
• Passion for skincare, client education, and achieving visible results.
• Must maintain a professional appearance with healthy, presentable skin, modeling trust in skincare practices and products.
• Certification or license in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or related field is an added advantage.

Work Schedule:

• Flexible schedule (hybrid with up to 3 times per week in office) combining onsite client consultations, content creation, and live sessions.
• Exact hours will be determined and agreed upon with the team.
