Job Title: Maintenance Officer

Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facility Manager to oversee all aspects of our building's operations.
• This is a leadership position for someone who can ensure our facility is safe, efficient, and well-maintained.

​Responsibilities

• ​Must have engineering experience in fixing and installing electrical appliances
• ​Develop and manage the facility budget.
• ​Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and services.
• ​Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• ​Plan and execute long-term facility improvements and projects.

​Requirements

• ​Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Eng Degree
• 7 years proven experience in facility management.
• ​Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• ​Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• ​Experience with budget management and vendor relations.
• ​Relevant professional certification is a plus.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
