Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Business Process Outsourcing(BPO) sales team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities, particularly with clients seeking outsourced customer service, technical support, data processing, and back-office solutions.
  • You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by building strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and proposing tailored BPO service offerings.
  • This role demands a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the BPO landscape and its value proposition to both local and international clients

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate prospecting lists of decision-makers within target accounts using compliant and accurate contact data.
  • Book outbound meetings through cold calls, emails, social media outreach, and networking with potential clients.
  • Follow up and engage with prospects — including C-suite executives and directors — who have expressed interest in the company’s products or services.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Deliver relevant and targeted marketing content to prospects.
  • Research prospects’ coworkers to identify and connect with additional key stakeholders.
  • Follow up on existing contacts in the CRM to uncover new sales leads.
  • Utilise LinkedIn, CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and sales intelligence platforms to streamline and enhance sales processes.
  • The role comprehensively involves applying a systematic sale process to grow customer base and revenue for the organisation.
  • Be flexible and versatile as the assigned job function morphs as a going concern.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a BSC/OND/HNDin Marketing, Business Administration,or any related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven sales experience (B2B or B2C).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Must be target-driven with a passion for sales.
  • Possess the ability to close deals effectively.

Salary
N150,000 - N300,000 per month.
