Job Title: Truck Driver

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Truck Driver to transport products and materials to designated locations efficiently and on time.
• The ideal candidate will have strong driving skills, knowledge of road safety regulations, and the ability to maintain the vehicle in excellent condition while representing the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company trucks to transport goods, equipment, or materials as assigned.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections (tires, brakes, lights, oil, fuel, and safety equipment) before and after trips.
• Ensure cargo is loaded, secured, and unloaded safely to prevent damage or loss.
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, and delivery instructions while adhering to traffic laws and road safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and delivery logs.
• Report mechanical issues, accidents, or delays promptly to the supervisor/operations team.
• Keep the truck clean, organized, and in good working condition.
• Assist with minor vehicle maintenance checks and coordinate servicing when necessary.
• Comply with all company policies, safety procedures, and HSE regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Valid truck driver’s license (appropriate category/class as per national requirements).
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a professional truck driver.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
• Knowledge of road safety regulations and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift or secure loads when required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
