Job Title: Sales and Marketing Personnel
Location: Wuse II, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Arrangement: Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Monday to Friday. 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales:
Attend to walk-in customers, providing detailed product information, answering questions, and assisting with selection, and ensuring a seamless purchase experience.
Manage online sales by processing orders accurately.
Assist customers with product selection, upselling and cross-selling where possible to maximize revenue.
Handle all transactions, payment processing (cash, transfer, POS) and issue receipts in line with company policy.
Ensure proper bagging and packaging of customer orders.
Order Processing & Record Keeping:
Record all transactions (daily, weekly, monthly) accurately in sales registers, spreadsheets, or POS systems.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales transactions (daily, weekly, monthly).
Document and reconcile cash and electronic payments at the end of each day.
Track sales against stock levels to support timely inventory replenishment.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
File and maintain supporting documents for all transactions for transparency and audit purposes.
Marketing & Business Development:
Actively engage in field and digital marketing campaigns to Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers across targeted segments.
Support in developing and executing promotional strategies (discounts, campaigns, product launches) and creating compelling sales and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity and positioning.
Represent Imagio Living at exhibitions, fairs, and events to showcase offerings, generate leads and improve brand awareness.
Convert leads into sales and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
Develop and maintain a structured sales pipeline with regular reporting.
Negotiate and close business deals in line with company objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Provide professional after-sales support to ensure satisfaction, and follow up on leads to encourage repeat business
Gather and relay market feedback to management for continuous improvement of products and services.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the operations team and logistics to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
Liaise with management to provide customer feedback and suggest improvements in products or services.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
Customer satisfaction rating (via feedback, reviews, and repeat business).
Response time to walk-in inquiries.
Accuracy of sales and payment records (zero discrepancies in reconciliation).
Contribution to customer growth through marketing initiatives (number of new leads converted).
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Aditional certifications in sales, or customer service are an advantage.
Hard Skills:
Proven sales/marketing experience, preferably in retail, furniture, lifestyle, or consumer products
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel for reporting, Word for documentation, PowerPoint for presentations).
Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or POS software is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet targets.
Integrity and accountability in handling financial transactions.
Salary
N145,000 Monthly.
