Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise and coordinate staff performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and cost control.
• Implement health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Drive growth and efficiency through strategic planning.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degree or HND qualifications with 2 - 4 years relevant experience.
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the hospitality/restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage teams and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
