Job Title: Digital Marketer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Digital Marketer is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all online channels.
• This role drives brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through performance-driven campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Implement UTM tracking, ensure accurate attribution, and monitor campaign performance.
• Manage budgets effectively and maximize ROI.

Performance Marketing:

• Run A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to improve CTR and conversion rates.
• Track KPIs: CAC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, SQL generation, website CVR, and LTV.
• Optimize campaigns for conversions and cost-efficiency.

Content & SEO Suppor:

• Collaborate with content, graphics, and videography teams to create compelling ad creatives.
• Support SEO efforts with keyword insights and content recommendations.

Marketing Automation:

• Set up email marketing workflows, nurture sequences, and retargeting campaigns.
• Implement remarketing across channels to boost conversion.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Maintain dashboards for CAC/LTV, ROAS, and SQLs.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Present results and improvement strategies to management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) within target.
• ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) ≥ 3x.
• 30+ SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) generated per month.
• CTR ≥ 2.5% across campaigns.
• A/B test velocity ≥ 4 per month.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in digital/performance marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools, and Google Analytics.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
