We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Merchandiser / Sales Representative

Locations: Lekki Phase 1 & Ikate, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to develop product assortment plans.
• Collaborate with design and buying teams to select and source products.
• Work closely with suppliers/vendors to manage order placements, pricing, and lead times.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
• Track sales performance, identify slow-moving items, and propose markdown or promotion strategies.
• Develop seasonal merchandising plans and forecast demand.
• Ensure in-store merchandising aligns with brand standards and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, stock levels, and market trends.
• Coordinate with retail and visual merchandising teams to ensure optimal product presentation.
• Assist in the development and execution of product launches and promotional events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and retail math.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
