Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

Summary

• In this role, you will work closely with the Sales team to drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting prospects into paying customers.
• You will also be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and contributing to the company’s sustainable growth.
• This role requires a proactive, target-driven individual who is passionate about sales, eager to learn, and capable of adapting quickly in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed revenue and profit margin targets.
• Source new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Leverage the academy’s social media channels to generate leads.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on products and services.
• Ensure availability of flyers/product brochures for sales activities and demonstrations.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
• Collaborate with team members to maximize results.
• Collect and analyze customer/prospect feedback and share insights with your line manager.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and data analysis to support decision-making.
• Cross-sell products to increase revenue opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships to drive retention and exceed client expectations.
• Provide timely oral and written reports on customer needs, challenges, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by your line manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Solid understanding of marketing, sales, and negotiation techniques.
• Strong presentation, persuasion, and influencing skills.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
• Fast learner with a passion for sales and self-motivation.
• Aptitude for delivering engaging presentations.
• Basic knowledge of aviation programs is an added advantage.
