Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Outreach Specialist to lead our direct marketing campaigns and drive growth in our AI services business.
Job Responsibilities
Direct Outreach & Lead Generation:
Execute direct outreach campaigns targeting companies that need AI services and solutions
Identify and research potential clients across various industries who could benefit from AI implementation
Conduct outbound sales activities through email, phone calls, and text messaging
Build and maintain prospect databases with detailed company and contact information
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales team members.
Campaign Management & Automation:
Set up, manage, and optimize multi-channel automation campaigns (email, SMS, phone)
Ensure email deliverability by monitoring spam scores, domain reputation, and inbox placement
Configure and maintain CRM systems and sales automation tools
A/B test different messaging approaches across email, phone, and text channels
Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide detailed analytics reporting.
Technical Implementation:
Troubleshoot technical issues with campaign tools and platforms on-the-fly
Implement email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to improve deliverability
Manage email warming processes and sender reputation maintenance
Configure tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion tracking
Integrate various sales tools and platforms to create seamless workflows.
Performance Optimization:
Analyze campaign metrics including open rates, response rates, conversion rates, and ROI
Create detailed reports on outreach performance and present insights to management
Continuously iterate and improve messaging based on data and feedback
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to refine targeting strategies
Optimize send times, frequency, and segmentation for maximum effectiveness.
Skills Required
Sales & Communication:
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, outbound marketing, or business development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling messaging
Strong phone presence and ability to handle cold calling effectively
Experience with consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches
Ability to understand and communicate technical AI concepts to business stakeholders.
Technical & Analytical:
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management skills
Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and sales automation tools
Understanding of email marketing platforms and deliverability best practices
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, email marketing analytics).
AI Services Knowledge:
Understanding of AI/ML applications in business (chatbots, automation, data analysis, etc.)
Ability to identify AI use cases and pain points in different industries
Familiarity with current AI trends and how they apply to business solutions
Technical curiosity to learn about AI services and communicate value propositions effectively
Problem-Solving & Adaptability:
Ability to figure things out independently and solve problems on-the-fly
Strong research skills for prospect identification and market analysis
Adaptability to work in fast-paced startup environment
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet targets
Resilience in handling rejection and maintaining consistent outreach volume
Bonus Points For:
Experience selling technical services or software solutions
Knowledge of AI/ML platforms and tools (OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, AWS ML)
Background in lead generation for B2B SaaS or technology companies
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and social selling
Understanding of marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows
Previous experience in agencies or consultancy environments.
