Role Summary
The Talent Management Specialist will play a key role in driving our talent agenda by managing the full spectrum of talent management processes, from recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, to career development initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a smart, innovative HR professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who thrives on taking initiative and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to identify talent needs and design strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Drive recruitment and selection processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture.
Oversee onboarding and integration of new hires to ensure smooth transitions and engagement.
Manage employee performance management cycles and support in goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.
Support learning and development initiatives, including training needs analysis and implementation of programs that enhance employee skills and leadership capacity.
Develop and implement talent pipelines and succession planning frameworks.
Monitor workforce analytics and provide insights to guide HR and business decisions.
Champion employee engagement and initiatives that promote a positive organizational culture.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and best practices in talent management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (a Master’s or professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD is an added advantage).
3–6 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a strong focus on talent management, recruitment, or organizational development is a MUST.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
High level of initiative, creativity, and adaptability.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
