Job Objective
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Project Manager to oversee and coordinate critical projects across our financing business.
This role involves planning, executing, and closing projects that drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and support product and service innovation.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically savvy, and capable of managing cross-functional teams to deliver results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Define project scopes, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Develop detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution.
Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and KPIs.
Identify risks and issues early, and develop mitigation strategies.
Provide regular status updates and reports to senior leadership.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce delays, and enhance overall efficiency.
Support the documentation and standardization of processes across departments.
Lead the planning and execution of change initiatives related to product rollouts, system upgrades, or operational shifts.
Facilitate user training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies.
Schedule, facilitate, and follow up on project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure accurate capture and dissemination of minutes, decisions, and action items.
Maintain a clear log of deliverables and owners, and follow up to ensure timely execution.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, or equivalent) is an advantage.
3–5 years of experience in technical project management, ideally within financial services, fintech, marketplace, or e-commerce environments.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver excellent results.
