Summary

• As the Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company’s marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support revenue growth.
• In this role, you will develop and execute strategic marketing plans that increase brand awareness and market share.
• You will also oversee marketing initiatives such as digital campaigns, content creation, and promotional activities, ensuring they are aligned with overall business objectives.
• In addition, you will analyse market trends and monitor competitor activities to refine strategies, optimise marketing efforts, and contribute to sustainable business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
• Plan and execute campaigns across digital, print, and event channels, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
• Manage online marketing efforts, including website, SEO/SEM, email, and social media, while monitoring performance with analytics tools.
• Oversee content creation and marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations in collaboration with the content team.
• Organize offline marketing activities, including events, trade shows, and partnerships.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer insights, using data to refine strategies and personalize campaigns.
• Implement and manage CRM systems to track customer interactions, engagement, and satisfaction.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and reporting on ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align initiatives with business objectives.
• Represent the company at industry events and build strong relationships with agencies, vendors, and stakeholders.

Background and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the travel or related industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
