Description

• We are seeking a Cinematographer / Video Production Specialist to bring our stories to life through powerful visual narratives.
• This role blends creative direction, cinematography, and editing expertise to deliver high-quality video content for brand campaigns, product explainers, social media, and customer features.
• The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with hands-on expertise in camera operations, lighting, directing, and post-production, and someone who thrives in both planned and spontaneous shoot environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists.
• Scout locations, set up shoots, and manage logistics.
• Plan and execute lighting, camera setups, and equipment requirements.
  Operate cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, cinema-grade) and related equipment.
• Direct and capture engaging footage for brand campaigns, testimonials, events, and social media.
• Ensure technical quality—framing, focus, lighting, and sound—during shoots.
• Capture both scripted and unscripted moments with an eye for brand storytelling.
• Edit raw footage into polished final assets using industry-standard software.
• Add music, sound effects, graphics, and color grading for professional delivery.
• Collaborate with motion designers for seamless integration of 2D/3D assets into videos.
• Manage versioning and adaptations for multiple channels (YouTube, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, web).
• Experiment with new formats, visual styles, and storytelling techniques.
• Keep up with trends in short-form, documentary, and branded video content.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Skills & Competencies

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 4 - 7 years work experience.
• Cinematography: Strong eye for composition, lighting, framing, and movement.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with cinema cameras (RED, Blackmagic, Sony, Canon) and accessories.
• Lighting & Sound: Expertise in lighting setups (natural and studio) and audio recording.
• Video Editing: Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, After Effects.
• Post-Production: Skilled in color grading, LUTs, sound mixing, and VFX basics.
• Storytelling: Ability to craft narratives through visuals, pacing, and sequencing.
• Adaptability: Can work across formats (short-form, long-form, ads, events).
• Collaboration: Strong team player, comfortable working with marketers, designers, and product teams.
