About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Ticketing Manager to oversee our ticketing operations within the aviation sector.
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in reservation and ticketing systems, team management, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the ticketing team.
• Use airline reservation and Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo to handle ticket issuance, re-issuance, revalidation, refunds, and cancellations.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with airline procedures, fare rules, and IATA regulations.
• Monitor ticketing queues, resolve system discrepancies, and ensure timely service delivery.
• Provide guidance and training to ticketing staff on system updates, fare calculations, and best practices.
• Liaise with airlines and travel partners to resolve ticketing issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Generate sales and operational reports, analyzing trends to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide high-quality service solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in airline ticketing or travel agency operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Proficiency in GDS tools such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or Worldspan (must-have).
• Strong knowledge of fare rules, IATA regulations, and ticketing policies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred:

• Certification in IATA/UFTAA or equivalent.
• Experience in managing corporate and group travel ticketing.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
