Location: Ajao, Lagos

Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled, passionate,and reliable residential chef to prepare high-quality meals. the ideal candidate should have a flair for African and continental cousin, an eye for presentation, and the ability to create customized meal plan based on dietary needs and family preferences.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare daily meals (breakfast,lunch, dinner and snacks when needed)
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen at all times.
• Shop for groceries and manage kitchen inventory.
• Cater to dietary restrictions, allergies and special request.
• Create seasonal menus and suggest new recipes.
• Ensure timely meal preparation and serving.
• Occasionally assist with hosting guests and events.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an NCE / HND with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as a chef
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to prepare a wide range of dishes (local and international)
• Trustworthy,discreet and respectful of household privacy
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must be flexible and adaptable to schedule.
