Job Title: Open Market Trade Executive

Summary

• We are hiring Trade Executives to drive sales, expand distribution, and enhance product visibility across trade channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of trade/field sales representatives to achieve set targets.
• Develop and implement trade strategies to expand market share and improve product visibility.
• Monitor stock levels, sales performance, and order fulfillment across distributors and retail outlets.
• Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and trade execution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and promotional activities.
• Visit trade channels regularly to ensure effective merchandising, product availability, and branding.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and field activities.

Requirements

• BSc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Must own a smartphone with proficiency with smartphone applications, especially
• data capturing and inventory management apps.
• Minimum of 1 - 2  years of relevant experience in trade supervision or a similar role 
• We are seeking candidates with experience in this sectors:
  • Beverage Category – Preferred Sources
  • Coca-Cola, Monument Distilleries, Austen Peters, Pernod Ricard, AVAA Brands, Seven-Up Bottling Company, Power Horse, Chi, Guinness, Nigerian Breweries
  • Distributors handling Moët Hennessy, Four Cousins, Red Bull, Carlo Rossi, Pepsi, and other leading beverage brands.
  • Food Category – Preferred Sources.
  • Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc, Honeywell Nigeria Plc, Nestlé Nigeria Plc, Unilever Nigeria Plc, Multipro Consumer Nigeria Limited, GB Foods, UAC Group, OLAM Nigeria
  • Distributors handling Heinz, Green Giant, and other leading food brands.
