About the Role
We’re hiring a multi-talented, imaginative, and execution-driven Concept Designer to join our Atinudah Concepts team. In this role, you will create and develop bold, immersive event concepts, working from brief to deck to build.
You’ll not only support the Concept Lead, you’ll actively contribute to idea generation, develop concept decks, collaborate across departments, present ideas to clients, and play a vital role in ensuring your creative vision is technically viable and beautifully executed.
This is a hybrid creative-technical role that blends storytelling, spatial awareness, brand alignment, and production thinking.
Independently develop creative event concepts, themes, narratives, and aesthetics aligned with client briefs.
Design moodboards, concept decks, and experiential direction using tools such as Pinterest, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, InDesign
Translate abstract briefs into visually rich, emotionally resonant experiences for both intimate and large-scale events.
Technical Awareness & Feasibility:
Ensure proposed concepts are feasible for execution, considering venue layout, set design, materials, branding surfaces, AV equipment, and guest flow.
Collaborate closely with production and fabrication teams to adjust concepts based on space and technical realities.
Deck Creation & Client Presentation:
Build world-class concept decks that combine visual storytelling with clear rationale.
Present concepts to internal stakeholders and clients with clarity, excitement, and professionalism.
Revise creative directions based on feedback while maintaining the core idea.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work fluidly across teams—with planners, fabricators, motion designers, creative leads, and more -to bring the full experience to life.
Support the production team by creating handover materials and design specifications.
Trendspotting & Ideation:
Stay up to date on global trends in events, set design, visual culture, and audience experience.
Continuously bring new formats, references, and unconventional thinking into the creative process.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in event concept design, experiential creative development, visual storytelling, or a similar role.
A strong portfolio of concept decks, moodboards, experiential ideas, or immersive event designs.
Strong proficiency in Pinterest, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma or Google Slides for deck building and collaborative visual layout
Deep understanding of creative storytelling, spatial thinking, brand aesthetics, and material awareness.
Ability to own creative execution end-to-end under direction from the Concept Lead.
Excellent written and visual communication skills, especially in deck creation and storytelling.
Willingness to collaborate cross-functionally and adapt quickly across project types and team needs.
Confidence in presenting ideas to clients, defending creative decisions, and adjusting to feedback.
Bonus If You Bring:
Familiarity with spatial layout tools (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, Vectorworks)
Experience working on high-end brand activations, fashion, luxury, or cultural events
Knowledge of stage/set design, lighting, projection, or screen content
Motion design or video editing ability (After Effects, CapCut, Premiere)
Copywriting or naming experience for event themes or campaigns
Ability to mockup quick 2D spatial layouts for flow visualization,
