Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our clothing store team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting customers in finding the right products, and helping to drive store sales.
• You will play a key role in creating a welcoming shopping experience and representing the brand in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
• Upsell and cross-sell clothing items and accessories to increase sales
• Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, neatly displayed, and organized
• Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
• Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor and fitting rooms
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets
• Participate in inventory counts and restocking when necessary

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification
• Previous experience in retail sales or fashion is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, approachable, and confident in customer interactions
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / month.
