We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Sales Agent

Location: Abuja, Lagos Island, Lagos Mainland, Abuga, Benin - Edo
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

• This role is ideal for confident, goal-oriented individuals who are eager to build a career in field sales and marketing.

Job Responsibilities

• Canvass door-to-door across residential and commercial areas to engage potential customers.
• Sell and activate Home Broadband internet devices (MiFis and Routers).
• Demonstrate product features and communicate value propositions clearly.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and feedback.
• Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.
• Represent the brand professionally in all interactions.
• Stay updated on product offerings, pricing, and promotions.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SSCE or OND.
• Prior field sales, direct marketing, or telecom experience is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
• Physically fit and willing to move extensively.
• Familiarity with internet services/broadband is a plus.
• Proactive, with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Basic technical knowledge or interest in technology.

Compensation & Incentives

• Base, Transport Allowance & Variable Pay: N150,000 / Month
• Benefits: HMO and Pension.
