We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Operations / Site Manager

Location: Victoria Island - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely responses to emails and correspondence.
• Maintain organized records of ongoing projects and tasks.
• Track and follow up on deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide updates and reports on project status as required.
• Support with invoicing and basic administrative tasks to keep operations smooth.
• Research support as needed for projects.
• Any additional ad hoc support that helps the contractor focus on core operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, etc
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in project management roles within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and inter - personal relationship skills
• Proficient in the use of relevant software including MS Office suite
• Candidates residing on the Island or in close proximity to the island is required.

Additional Notes:

• Work is based in Lagos but the candidate may be required to travel to other sites from time to time and will run virtual operations at other locations outside town.
• Administrative Support: Assisting with documentation, organizing files, and other tasks to streamline operations.
• Personal Assistance: Managing correspondence, emails, calendar scheduling, and invoicing.
• Project Support: Overseeing project progress, tracking deliverable, providing updates as required, and coordinating with any outsourced personnel or team members.

Salary
