Job Description
To develop a knowledge-based culture, ensure development and effective implementation of Marketing Analytics delivery and analytical models to support business decision making and derivation of strategies in CB.
Identify and execute customer & product opportunities to contribute to business goals. This involves the following:
- Conduct comparative intelligence and analysis
- Implementation of knowledge-based management culture & bridging information disparities
- Implementation of key value driver measurement continuum process
- To provide expertise in the introduction of marketing programs by assisting in the development of test designs, analysis and benchmarking processes.
- Development and implementation of analytical models to support business strategies and value creation
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Competition intelligence and analysis:
- Competitors information intelligence
- Anti-attrition program proposition study
- Customers segmentation trend
Assisting segments and Products to move towards:
- Knowledge based management on effective use of information
- Implementation of key value driver measurement continuum
- Utilization of decisional analytics models
To provide expertise in the introduction of marketing programs by assisting in the development of test designs, analysis and benchmarking processes:
- Product profitability
- Statistical significance testing
- Variance analysis
- Impact and consequential analysis
Development and implementation of analytics models to support business strategies and value creation:
- Market behavioural models
- Product profitability models
- Sensitivity modelling & analysis
- Time series and forecasting models
- Optimisation and cost-risk-benefit models
Knowledge sharing and best practice migration:
- Present success stories and share learning/knowledge to key stakeholders
- Identify internal and external Best Practices which is adaptable to local requirement
- Maintain proper documentation to build knowledge base
Campaign Management:
- End to End Campaign Management from Campaign Initiation to Campaign Tracking
- Response / Predictive / Life stage model - Increased conversion % by right customer target
- Implement Customer Contact policy
Pricing Management:
- Drive Pricing agenda.
- Support business on product / segment pricing initiatives
- Identify and Implement Pricing capabilities across CB
Qualifications & Skills
- 10+ years indepth experience in Marketing Analytics / Marketing Data Modeling
- Exposure to Campaign Management / CRM System
- Advanced SAS knowledge coupled with SAS Stats and SAS Macros
- Consumer Banking Product knowledge expertise
- Extensively worked on Marketing / Analytical Models and Delivery
- Well verse with MS Office
- Good Presentation skills
- Results orientation and business acumen
- Influence, persuasion, conflict resolution & negotiation
- Project management, being able to deliver against tight timeframes under pressure
- Quantitative and qualitative problem solving
- Cross-functional coordination & delivery
