Job Title: Bartender

Job Summary

• We are seeking an energetic and experienced Bartender to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a clean and welcoming bar environment.
• You must have strong knowledge of local and international cocktails, be customer-service oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, spirits, and soft drinks, according to standard recipes.
• Welcome and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, utensils, and workspaces.
• Monitor stock levels and inform management when supplies are low.
• Upsell drinks and promote special offers to increase revenue.
• Assist with setting up and closing the bar daily.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE; additional training or certification in hospitality or bartending is a plus.
• 1–3 years proven experience as a bartender in a bar, hotel, restaurant, or lounge.
• Good knowledge of local and international beverages and cocktail preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and personal hygiene.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Must be honest, reliable, and customer-focused.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
