We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: CEO / Executive Management

Role Summary

  • The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the CEO by handling day-to-day personal and business tasks with efficiency, discretion, and adaptability.
  • The role requires a street-smart, resourceful, and tech-savvy individual who is proactive in managing schedules, running errands, handling communications, and ensuring strong social media presence and digital branding support.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Personal Support

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, travel, and personal errands for the CEO.
  • Handle correspondence (calls, emails, messages) with discretion and timeliness.
  • Assist in organizing events, meetings, and personal/business engagements.

Social Media & Branding Support

  • Manage CEO’s and/or company’s social media pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook).
  • Create, post, and engage with content to maintain consistent brand presence.
  • Monitor trends and provide input on digital reputation management.
  • Draft captions, take photos/videos, and handle basic editing for posts.

Logistics & Errands

  • Coordinate transport, hospitality, and accommodation as needed.
  • Run business and personal errands efficiently, with good negotiation skills.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and local contacts.

Research & Task Follow-Ups

  • Conduct quick research (vendors, opportunities, market info) to support CEO decision-making.
  • Track to-do lists and follow up on tasks delegated to internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized files, records, and simple reporting for accountability.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Executive & Task Support

  • % of tasks, errands, and schedules handled on time without supervision.
  • CEO satisfaction rating (monthly/quarterly review).
  • Reduction in missed deadlines/appointments.

Social Media & Branding

  • Growth in followers, engagement (likes, shares, comments) per month.
  • Consistency of content posting (number of posts per week/month).
  • Increase in positive online visibility for CEO and company.

Efficiency & Street-Savvy Execution

  • Average turnaround time for errands and tasks.
  • Cost-effectiveness of purchases and vendor negotiations.
  • Number of successful resolutions to unexpected problems (logistics, events, social media crises).

Reliability & Professionalism

  • Confidentiality maintained (no data/privacy breaches).
  • % of completed follow-ups without reminders.
  • Feedback from stakeholders on professionalism and communication.

Qualifications & Experience

  • OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not mandatory (street-smarts and proven ability matter more).
  • 2 – 4+ years as a Personal Assistant, PA to an Executive, or Social Media Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and digital trends.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask, negotiate, and adapt to dynamic situations.
  • Must be trustworthy, reliable, and discreet.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Tech-savvy (MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva, basic video/photo editing).
  • Good networking and interpersonal skills.
