Job Title: Regional / Store Manager (Female)

Summary

• The Regional Manager will ensure the smooth operation of the company in specific geographic locations.
• The Regional manager will oversee the productivity and performance of the company's employees in a specific region.
• The Regional Manager may manage a specific location or work across several states or union territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and presenting regional reports for senior management
• Mentoring employees and suggesting training programs
• Overseeing the recruitment of employees in the region
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers
• Developing business, marketing and advertising plans
• Planning and evaluating operations to be cost-effective
• Preparing quarterly and yearly reports, analyses, statements and reports on finance and operations
• Enforcing the company’s rules and regulations
• Seeking new business opportunities in the region and securing contracts for the company
• Developing project plans and assigning regional project personnel
• Securing long-term relationships by maintaining practical client relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing
• 5 years work experience.
• Relevant experience in sales, retail & the food service industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, and creative environment

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 / Month.
